My experiences with Diamond Art Club are nothing but positive. Their diamond paintings are beautiful, the drills are great and the canvas is really soft. Their customer service is very helpful and responds to e-mails very quickly. I would highly recommend Diamond Art Club.
I love the Diamond Art Club! Wow, I'm not sure about all the negative reviews I see on here. I've had nothing but an excellent experience with them. So far, I have purchased 5 Diamond paintings from them, with NO issues whatsoever. Their canvas is very soft and has excellent print. The diamonds have tons of sparkle. My shipments arrived in record time. I got two today that I ordered 5 days ago! The shipments come from the USA, well at least mine have, so I cannot comment anything about shipments out of country. I think all their packages ship from the states. This is just my experience and honest opinion. I highly recommend The Diamond Art Club! The quality is exceptional! And.. I am a real person and am a frequent shopper. Thanks for reading.

Received an email asking me how I liked my product. I replied that I wouldn't know because I never received it. Instead of trying to fix the problem they pass you on to amazon saying that is who ships it.

The quality of their product are hands down The best I have used! The canvases are silky and flatten out right away. The drills are all uniform in both shape and size and hardly any waste. I am from Canada and shipping is always fast and easy! Above all, excellent customer service! DAC listens to their customers and try to provide us with all of our diamond art needs. As well, if there is ever an issue with your order they are quick with a solution. This is the only company I purchase from now!
I really love this company for diamond painting kits. What drew me to Diamond Art Club is that they are based in the US. Most other places that I found are over seas and they don't have the quality of customer service that Diamond Art Club has. The quality of their kits are far superior to any other company too. I don't even bother shopping any where else anymore.
